To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@launchmyvibe.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your account email and the reason for your request.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, your access to the paid features of the Service will be revoked.

Exceptions

This refund policy applies only to the initial purchase of our annual hosting plan. It does not apply to renewal payments.
